Ravintola Villa Ammende tarjoaa erilaisia ruokailuvaihtoehtoja läpi vuoden – a'la cartea, yksityisiä kokoustiloja ja juhlallisia tilaisuuksia sekä romanttisia illallisia linnan tornissa.

Lisäksi voit tulla piknikille puutarhaan, englantilaiselle iltpäiväteelle, sunnuntaibrunssille tai nauttimaan coctaileja baariin. Ravintolan annokset ovat yksinkertaisia ja skandinaaviseen tyylin puhtaita. Villa Ammenden keittiötä johtaa taitava Herkki Ruubel, jonka osaaminen perustuu pitkään kokemukseen ravintola-alalla. Parhaiten hänen keittiöfilosofiaansa kuvaa "nenästä häntään"-ajattelu. Herkki uskoo myös "vähemmän on enemmän" ajatusmalliin, mikä tarkoittaa sitä, että käyttämällä vähemmän komponentteja ja tekemällä pienempiä annoksia, saadaan aikaiseksi pidempiaikaiset fine dining-muistot. Nykypäivän a'la carte ei ole enää syömistä vatsa mahdollisimman täyteen, vaan se on enemmänkin annosten visuaalisuutta ja sitä, että erilaiset raaka-aineet toimivat symbiosissa keskenään. Ravintola käyttää lähellä tuotettuja tuoreita raaka-aineita ja kunnioittaa puhtaita makuja. Kesäaikaan ravintola avaa oman kesäterassin, jossa voit viihtyä livemusiikin tahdittamana ja nauttia aurinkoisesta kesäpäivästä yli 100-vuotiaassa tammipuutarhassa.

Our Chef de Cuisine Herkki Ruubel creates a separate menu especially for each brunch – every time you can indulge your taste buds to new flavours, however, there are also some favourite dishes that are always on the menu. Mirt has 6 vocalists who use only their voices to create music. Most of Mirt`s repertoire are original songs inspired by Estonian folk music and some pop music originals. Additionally there are arrangements of Estonian traditional songs and some pop covers. Mirt`s songs are mostly about nature and the beautiful things in life.
